01 Who we are
Doing AI builds and runs AI systems for businesses. This site is operated by Doing AI, based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India, and founded by Nithish Singh. For any privacy question, email hello@doingai.in — a real person replies.
02 What we collect
Only what you give us, plus a little basic technical data:
- Details you enter in our forms — your name, work email, company, industry, the bottleneck you pick, and anything you type in the message field.
- Partial form entries. To follow up properly, we save what you've entered as you complete each field — so if you start the booking form and don't finish, we may still have your name and email in order to reach out. You can ask us to delete this at any time (see section 07).
- Basic technical data — the page URL and a random ID stored in your browser so we don't create duplicate records for you. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
03 Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare for your session.
- To contact you about the specific request you made.
- To keep basic records of who we've spoken with.
Our lawful bases are your consent (you tick a box before submitting) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.
04 Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), with access limited to the Doing AI team. Google acts as our data processor. Your browser also stores a theme preference and the random ID mentioned above using local storage — this stays on your device.
05 Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate — currently Google (storage) and our email provider — and only as needed to respond to you. We may disclose information if required by law. That's the full list.
06 How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. If a conversation doesn't lead anywhere and you'd like your details removed, just ask and we'll delete them.
07 Your choices & rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — including any partial form entry. Email hello@doingai.in and we'll action it promptly. You can also decline the consent checkbox; you just won't be able to submit the booking form.
08 Cookies & storage
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The only things stored on your device are your colour-theme choice and a random identifier that prevents duplicate lead records. Clearing your browser storage removes both.
09 Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
